| McDavid Jumpers Knee Strap (A414) | What is a jumpers knee strap?
The McDavid Jumpers knee strap is a specially designed strap which passes over the patella tendon to provide relief from knee pain and aid recovery and healing.
How does it work?
The Jumpers knee strap works by placing pressure on the patella tendon which prevents the constant jarring and tugging on the tendon which causes tiny micro tears in the tendon resulting in pain and scar tissue.
What injuries is it suitable for?
It may help in the treatment of jumpers knee or patella tendinitis, and Osgood schlatters disease.
What is it made of?
It is a neoprene strap with a semicircular buttress with a velcro fastening closure.
What size do I need?
One size fits all. Simply wrap around the knee just below the kneecap and fasten with velcro closure.
