Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions before using this site. By using this site, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of use with Return 2 Fitness Australia ("R2F") which owns www.return2fitness.com.au ("return2fitness.com.au"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, please do not use this site! Please note we may revise the Terms and Conditions in the future. If we change the Terms and Conditions, this on-line version will be updated to reflect those changes.

Statutory rights

Nothing stated below affects the statutory rights of the customer.

Credit Card Security

Credit card payments are accepted through St George bank. We may disclose your credit card details and obtain information from any financial institution card issuer to verify the credit card details.

Returning goods

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone (02 9332 1060) or email (sales@return2fitness.com.au) within 7 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched then we reserve the right to deduct a 4% transaction charge that we incur at the point of sale. Please also ensure you obtain a receipt of proof of lodgement from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in original, undamaged packaging.

If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Return 2 Fitness Australia (return2fitness.com.au) reserve the right not to issue a refund.

We are not obliged to accept returns where you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software.

Complaints

Disputes and complaints should be notified directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided with the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgement.

Security of personal information

We do not make any of your personal details including name, address, telephone number or email address available to any third party except St George our payment service provider.

Cookies are used to enable the shopping cart system to function. If you do not wish to have cookies (small text files planted in your PC) then this may be prevented through your browser, although you will not be able to purchase on site. The use of cookies does not involve the collection of any personal data.

• R2F is not liable for any loss to the extent that it is caused by you for example through negligence or breach of this agreement.
